What Customers Are Saying

As one of your clients, I can honestly say that your service has been excellent during the pandemic. I have seen no difference in the level of commitment and quality service. I think I get about 50 injections from your pharmacy every month and there has been absolutely no delay in getting any of them. The efforts of you and your staff to check on our inventory to see that we have what we need, but don’t have too many injections is very much appreciated. I manage about 75 patients who get long acting antipsychotic injections and inventory control is so very important in order for me to do my job. You and your staff are very responsive. It is so reassuring to know if I have a situation that involves and injection, I can reach out directly to you and you will make sure that the situation is resolved. Every medical office or outpatient facility that gets specialty meds should work with you. They would not be sorry! Thank you to you and your team for all of your hard work!

I cried because I never had someone care for me so much… they treat you like family.

Working with Bank’s has truly been simple and easy. Their staff is knowledgeable, they get our patients the medication they need and they do all of it quick!

Bank’s worked closely with my doctor and would make sure my prior authorizations were done on time. Getting my medication was easy. I picked up the phone, called them and had it in a day. They even came to my house on Saturday once when I needed them.

They make it so easy for our office, its breeze working with them…they make our lives easy and make sure our patients are living a healthy life.

What is a Pharmacy?
A facility used by pharmacists for the compounding and dispensing of medicinal preparations and other associated professional and administrative services. A pharmacy is a facility whose primary function is to store, prepare and legally dispense prescription drugs under the professional supervision of a licensed pharmacist. It meets any licensing or certification standards set forth by the jurisdiction where it is located.

Mail Order Pharmacy
A pharmacy which uses common carriers to deliver the medications to patient or their caregivers. Mail order pharmacies counsel patients and caregivers (sometimes independent of the dispensing process) through telephone or email contact and provide other professional services associated with pharmaceutical care appropriate to the setting. Mail order pharmacies are licensed as a Mail Order Pharmacy in the state where they are located and may also be licensed or registered as nonresident pharmacies in other states.

Non-Pharmacy Dispensing Site
A site other than a pharmacy that dispenses medicinal preparations under the supervision of a physician to patients for self-administration. (e.g. physician offices, ER, Urgent Care Centers, Rural Health Facilities, etc.)

Specialty Pharmacy
A pharmacy that dispenses generally low volume and high cost medicinal preparations to patients who are undergoing intensive therapies for illnesses that are generally chronic, complex and potentially life threatening. Often these therapies require specialized delivery and administration.

What is a NPI Number? : The National Provider Identifier (NPI) is a unique identification number for covered health care providers. The NPI is a 10-position, intelligence-free numeric identifier (10-digit number). This means that the numbers do not carry other information about healthcare providers, such as the state in which they live or their medical specialty. The NPI must be used in lieu of legacy provider identifiers in the HIPAA standards transactions. Covered health care providers and all health plans and health care clearinghouses must use the NPIs in the administrative and financial transactions adopted under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
